Job Description

• Possesses thorough job knowledge and is competent in all aspects of the job including strong proficiency in enterprise document management, relational databases, and internet based project collaboration systems.
• Responsible for project administration in area of document management (home office and field).
• Oversees internal and external document review process.
• Maintains proper document configuration management in support of engineering and construction.
• Interfaces with project material control, scheduling, expediting, and client engineering to ensure time/cost effectiveness of all documentation activities.
• Demonstrates the ability to effectively lead the information management function on a small to medium sized project.
• Assumes mentoring and training roles as required.
• Delegates, supervises and evaluates subordinate’s work assignments.
• Provides necessary training to Project Information Management department personnel.
