Finance Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the organization's financial planning, budgeting, accounting, reporting, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will ensure financial stability, provide strategic financial insights, and support business growth through effective financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and address audit findings.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Support senior management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
• Manage banking relationships, investments, and funding requirements.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CA, CMA, ACCA, CPA, or MBA (Finance) is preferred.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or financial management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, QuickBooks).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
