Description:

Fuse Holding is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its Group Head Office in Dubai. This on-site position offers an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to lead financial operations across the company’s operating entities within the UAE.

The successful candidate will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and group consolidation while ensuring strong financial controls and audit readiness. Candidates with multi-entity experience and a passion for driving financial performance are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly financial closing activities and prepare management accounts.

• Oversee group financial consolidation across operating companies.

• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.

• Coordinate payroll processes, WPS, and supplier payments.

• Maintain internal financial controls and ensure audit readiness.

• Prepare financial reports for shareholders and senior management.

Requirements:

• Qualified or Part-Qualified ACCA, CIMA, CA, or equivalent.

• Multi-entity finance experience, preferably within the UAE.

• Hospitality or Food & Beverage industry experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Must already be based in the UAE.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and financial management skills.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Financial reporting and group consolidation.

• Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

• Payroll processes, WPS, and supplier payments.

• Internal controls, audit preparation, and shareholder reporting.
