Description:

Growbox is seeking a skilled Finance & Compliance Manager to join its team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This position reports directly to the Founder & Managing Director and is ideal for a finance professional with strong expertise in accounting, taxation, regulatory compliance, and client advisory services.

The successful candidate will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with UAE regulations, support client engagements, and contribute to business growth. This role requires excellent leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to maintain high standards of service while managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee bookkeeping, financial reporting, audit schedules, and the preparation of IFRS-compliant financial statements.

• Manage UAE VAT and Corporate Tax registrations, filings, compliance, and advisory services.

• Ensure adherence to AML, KYC, UBO, ESR, and E-invoicing regulatory requirements.

• Handle client onboarding, consultations, engagement documentation, and overall service delivery.

• Review work completed by the accounting team to ensure accuracy and quality.

• Coordinate with regulatory authorities, including the Federal Tax Authority (FTA), regarding notices, assessments, and compliance matters.

• Support business development efforts by converting qualified leads into long-term client relationships.

• Improve operational efficiency, contribute to team development, and enhance overall client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1.5 years of UAE experience in Audit, Accounting, Taxation, or Compliance.

• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent (preferred).

• Excellent analytical, communication, and client relationship management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple client engagements while meeting regulatory deadlines.

• Strong knowledge of:
