The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project resources, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and ensuring that project objectives align with the organization's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor project progress.
• Coordinate and lead project teams, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and vendors.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and resource allocation.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure projects comply with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project documentation, reports, and records.
• Facilitate meetings, presentations, and progress reviews.
• Resolve conflicts and ensure effective collaboration among team members.
• Evaluate project outcomes and prepare post-project reports, including lessons learned.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certification is preferred.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Work Environment

• Office-based with regular interaction with clients, vendors, and project teams.
• May require travel to project sites or client locations.
• Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines.
