JA The Resort , Dubai's largest experience resort, is looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic commercial team.
This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who excels at building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering outstanding results. You will play a key role in driving revenue across leisure, corporate, group, and MICE segments while promoting the unique experiences and world-class facilities that make JA The Resort a leading hospitality destination.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across key market segments
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, event planners, and industry stakeholders
Drive revenue growth through proactive sales activities, client meetings, presentations, and site inspections
Manage and grow existing accounts while continuously seeking opportunities to expand business
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements in line with resort objectives
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans to support commercial goals
Represent JA The Resort at industry events, trade shows, networking functions, and sales missions
What We're Looking For
Education & Qualifications
College/University Degree or equivalent
Diploma or relevant professional qualification
Experience
Minimum 3-5 years' sales experience within the hospitality industry in the UAE
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
Experience in corporate, leisure, group, or MICE sales is highly desirable
Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of the UAE hospitality market and key industry segments
Computer Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience using hotel sales systems and CRM platforms is an advantage
Language Skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Additional language skills are an advantage
