Regional Sales Manager – Multi-Brands | Middle East
Drive commercial success across one of the world's leading prestige beauty companies.
We are looking for a well experienced Regional Sales Manager to support a portfolio of prestige beauty brands across the Middle East.
Partnering with distributors across several markets, you will play a key role in shaping commercial plans, strengthening distributor partnerships and delivering sustainable business growth.
Working closely with Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Demand Planning teams, you will help optimise sales performance, forecasting, financial planning and operational execution across the region.
What you will be doing
Manage distributor partnerships across multiple Middle East markets.
Develop annual business plans and support long-term commercial growth.
Oversee sales planning, forecasting and financial planning activities.
Conduct business reviews and commercial planning with distributor partners.
Partner with Demand Planning to optimise forecast accuracy and inventory health.
Analyse commercial performance, market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strong commercial execution across the region.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
5–8 years' commercial sales experience within distribution, Luxe or FMCG, beauty, luxury or consumer goods.
Strong distributor management experience across regional markets.
Strong understanding of commercial operations (BAs, productivity, supply)
Excellent commercial negotiation and relationship management skills.
Strong financial and analytical capability.
Experience in forecasting, S&OP and commercial planning.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
