- Minimum 3–4 years of proven sales leadership experience in the Dubai real estate market.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Strong experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and direct clients.
- Entrepreneurial, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to develop innovative sales strategies and drive business growth.
