Indus Real Estate is looking for a Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team. This full-time, on-site role is suited for experienced real estate professionals with leadership exposure in Dubai’s property market.
The role focuses on overseeing sales activities, supporting sales teams, and aligning sales strategies with company objectives across residential and off-plan portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support sales activities across assigned property portfolios.
- Guide and support Sales Executives to ensure effective client engagement.
- Coordinate property launches and sales initiatives with internal teams.
- Monitor sales performance and maintain accurate reporting records.
- Collaborate with management on sales planning and execution strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Dubai real estate sales (off-plan and/or ready properties preferred).
- Experience in sales supervision or team coordination is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured sales environment.
