Real Estate Agent

Our client, PropertyAna Group , a growing real estate company in Dubai, is seeking motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agents to join their expanding team. The opportunity is open to both experienced real estate professionals and freshers looking to build a successful career in Dubai’s competitive property market. The successful candidates will be responsible for developing client relationships, managing property transactions, generating sales, and providing professional service to buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.

The Role

Working within the real estate team, the Real Estate Agent will manage leads, develop new business opportunities, assist clients with property sales and leasing, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and support transactions from initial enquiry through completion. The role offers a commission structure of up to 70% , company-provided leads, and comprehensive administrative and marketing support.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new client relationships and business opportunities.
• Follow up with company-provided leads and identify potential buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and investment properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide accurate and professional property information.
• Negotiate offers and support clients throughout the transaction process.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with clients.
• Build and maintain a strong network of clients and property owners.
• Promote available properties and leverage the company’s property portfolio.
• Stay informed about Dubai’s real estate market, new developments, and market trends.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and professional communication.
• Work toward and achieve individual sales and performance targets.
• Collaborate with the wider team and utilize the company’s administrative and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Previous Dubai or UAE real estate experience is an advantage.
• Freshers with a strong interest in building a career in real estate are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Dubai and its key areas is preferred.
• Strong sales and customer-service skills.
• Professional appearance and communication.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, disciplined, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working within a commission-based structure.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
