Nova Capital Real Estate is expanding its team and is looking for motivated Real Estate Sales Agents to join its Dubai office. This is an excellent opportunity for sales-driven professionals who are passionate about the real estate industry and eager to grow their careers in one of the world’s leading property markets.
The company is seeking immediate joiners with UAE real estate sales experience who can build strong client relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to business growth. Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing property clients.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and support clients throughout the sales process.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s business growth.
• Stay updated on market trends and property listings in Dubai.
Requirements:
• 6 months to 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Passion for sales and delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
Strong knowledge of:
• Real estate sales and client relationship management.
• Property negotiation and closing techniques.
• Dubai real estate market and customer service.
