Description:

Insights Venture Real Estate is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Admin & Coordinator to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with UAE real estate administration experience who can efficiently manage property documentation, listings, and transaction coordination.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily real estate operations by maintaining accurate records, coordinating property transactions, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and internal teams. Applicants currently residing in the UAE are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage property listings across leading real estate portals.

• Coordinate property transactions and maintain accurate documentation.

• Prepare and process Forms A, B & F along with tenancy-related documents.

• Update CRM systems and maintain organized client records.

• Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.

• Ensure timely follow-up with clients and stakeholders throughout the transaction process.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of UAE real estate administration experience.

• Strong knowledge of Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and CRM systems.

• Experience in property listings, documentation, and transaction coordination.

• Good understanding of Forms A, B & F and tenancy documentation.

• Must be currently based in the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Real estate documentation and compliance.

• Administrative coordination and client communication.
