Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily office and site administrative operations.

• Coordinate with project sites, internal departments, and external stakeholders.

• Maintain employee, project, and administrative records accurately.

• Handle office supplies, documentation, correspondence, and logistics.

• Provide administrative support to management and project teams.

• Coordinate staff accommodation, transportation, and other employee-related arrangements.

• Ensure efficient administrative processes across multiple project sites.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in the construction or contracting industry.

• UAE experience is preferred.

• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage priorities effectively.

• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
