As demand for professional certifications and capacity-building continues to accelerate, we are expanding our Academy and seeking an experienced Training Manager to drive business growth, manage public training programs, and strengthen our position as a leading provider of professional education in the region.

Reporting to the Senior Partner, WMSJ Academy , you will play a key role in expanding our public training portfolio, developing strategic partnerships, enhancing participant experiences, and supporting the continued growth of WMSJ Academy.

We'll Trust You To

• Drive enrollment growth, revenue generation, and market expansion for WMSJ Academy's public training portfolio.
• Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, government entities, universities, professional bodies, regulators, and strategic partners.
• Identify new market opportunities and support the development of new learning solutions and certification programs.
• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of public training programs, workshops, and professional certification courses.
• Manage trainers, participants, schedules, learning materials, and training logistics across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
• Partner with the marketing team to increase awareness, drive participation, and strengthen WMSJ Academy's market presence.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging learning needs across sustainability, ESG, climate change, governance, risk management, compliance, audit, and related disciplines.
• Oversee participant registrations, communications, certifications, invoicing, and reporting processes.
• Track program performance and participant satisfaction while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support the Academy's strategic growth objectives and contribute to the expansion of WMSJ's regional and international impact.

You'll Need To Have

• 5+ years of experience in training management, learning and development, academy operations, professional education, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing public training programs and professional certification offerings.
• Experience in business development, client engagement, partnership development, or training sales.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with virtual learning platforms, CRM systems, or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Fluency in English.
