Business Analytics Manager manages a team of business data analysts that use business data and statistical methods to provide insight into business performance and suggest area and methods of improving operations. Implements and oversees the analytical approaches and methodologies. Being a Business Analytics Manager presents insight and recommendations to management for decision making and strategic planning. Controls and develops internal/external information sources for business analysis. Additionally, Business Analytics Manager requires a bachelor’s degree. Typically reports to the head of a unit/department. The Business Analytics Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. Our company is looking for a Business Analytics Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Works with CBDRA in creating customer segments for CRM strategies and campaigns;
  • Provides data-based customer insights that are relevant for business strategies and decision making;
  • Ensures existing consumer data is maximized and transformed into consumer segments and insights for use of group and LOBs;
  • Acts as the main point person of CRM for business analytics requirements, to be executed either within CRM or through CBDRA/ IT or LOBs.

Requirements:

  • Required skill(s): Business Analytics, General Management, Project Management;
  • At least 8-10 years work experience in the related field; CRM for digital. Media and/or cable, Business Analytics experience preferred;
  • Must be willing to work in ABS-CBN Quezon City;
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree. Preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent;
  • Statistical background with proficiency in using R or SAS languages is preferred.
