Responsibilities:

  • Perform innovative and creative sourcing techniques to increase applicant traffic and attract top talent;

Requirements:

  • Performance-Based Annual Appraisal;
  • Background in Executive Search is a plus;
  • Excellent English communication skills;

  • A degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management or Business Administration is a plus;

  • Has excellent communication and is a good judge of character;
