Description:

Drilltech is hiring an experienced HR & Admin Executive to join its Abu Dhabi team. This role is ideal for an organized and proactive HR professional who can efficiently manage human resources operations while supporting daily administrative functions.

The selected candidate will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll support, visa processing, and compliance with UAE Labour Law. The position also requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a professional and positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment process, including employee onboarding.

• Maintain accurate employee records and personnel documentation.

• Support employees and management with HR policies and procedures.

• Assist in developing and updating HR policies and processes.

• Handle UAE visa applications, renewals, labour procedures, and cancellations.

• Support disciplinary actions and employee grievance investigations.

• Coordinate employee training programs and prepare annual training schedules.

• Prepare job descriptions, experience certificates, clearances, and other HR documents.

• Manage internal communications and company memos.

• Process payroll, overtime, leave records, and final settlement calculations.

• Coordinate with insurance providers and assist with administrative tasks.

• Maintain attendance, leave, and absence records accurately.

• Promote a safe, compliant, and professional workplace.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR and Administration.

• Good understanding of UAE Labour Law.

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong knowledge of:

• UAE visa, labour, renewal, and cancellation procedures.

• Payroll processing, leave management, and HR documentation.

• HR policies, employee relations, and administrative operations.
