A reputable Medical Center in Abu Dhabi is expanding its team and is looking for qualified, dedicated, and motivated professionals to fill the positions of HR & Admin Assistant and Accountant. These full-time opportunities are ideal for candidates who are passionate about supporting healthcare operations in a professional and fast-paced environment.

The selected candidates will contribute to the organization’s administrative and financial functions while ensuring efficient daily operations, regulatory compliance, and excellent internal support across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• HR & Admin Assistant

 • Assist with HR operations and daily administrative activities.

 • Maintain employee records and support recruitment and onboarding processes.

 • Prepare administrative documents and coordinate office operations.

 • Support communication between departments and ensure smooth workflow.

• Accountant

 • Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain financial records.

 • Prepare financial reports and reconcile accounts.

 • Ensure compliance with VAT and UAE financial regulations.

 • Support budgeting, reporting, and month-end closing activities.

Requirements:

• HR & Admin Assistant

 • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

 • Previous experience in HR and administrative functions.

 • Knowledge of UAE Labour Law is an advantage.

 • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

 • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

 • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Accountant

 • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

 • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.

 • Healthcare industry experience in the UAE is an advantage.

 • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

 • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

 • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain accuracy.

 • Knowledge of VAT and UAE financial regulations is an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of:

 • Microsoft Office and business applications

 • HR administration and employee documentation

 • Accounting software and Microsoft Excel

 • UAE Labour Law, VAT, and financial regulations
