Astra Source is seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Admin to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong UAE administrative experience who can independently manage daily administrative operations and coordinate effectively across multiple functions.

The successful candidate will oversee documentation, logistics, vendor coordination, expense records, and operational support while ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative activities. Applicants must have prior UAE work experience and a valid UAE driving licence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage administrative operations and daily office coordination.

• Handle logistics, deliveries, and operational follow-ups.

• Maintain bills, invoices, expense records, and financial documentation.

• Organize documentation, filing systems, and company records.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Prepare reports and administrative documents using Microsoft Office applications.

• Support management with operational and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Prior UAE administrative work experience is mandatory.

• Valid UAE Driving Licence is required.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field (Estimated).

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
