Description:

Ozone Manpower Services is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join its growing team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong accounting expertise, a solid understanding of UAE financial regulations, and the ability to manage financial reporting and compliance requirements effectively.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with UAE accounting standards, and supporting the organization’s financial operations. Candidates with GCC experience and a strong background in VAT and Corporate Tax regulations will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations and financial transactions

• Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports

• Ensure compliance with UAE Accounting Standards and regulatory requirements

• Handle VAT filings and Corporate Tax-related processes

• Monitor account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

• Coordinate with auditors and support audit activities

• Maintain compliance with internal financial controls and procedures

• Provide financial insights and reports to management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of GCC accounting experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of UAE Accounting Standards

• In-depth understanding of VAT and UAE Corporate Tax regulations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

• ERP system experience is considered an advantage

• Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and organizational abilities

• Male candidates preferred

• Indian and Filipino nationals preferred

• Strong knowledge of:

• Financial reporting and accounting principles

• UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance

• Bank reconciliations and financial controls
