Description:

FINISYA Hospitality Solutions is looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Admin / HR Assistant to support its growing team. This role is suitable for candidates with experience in human resources and office administration who can efficiently manage multiple administrative responsibilities.

The successful candidate will assist with HR operations, employee records, recruitment coordination, onboarding support, and general office activities. Candidates currently based in the UAE with hospitality experience will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HR administration and maintain employee records.

• Support recruitment coordination and hiring activities.

• Assist with visa processing and employee onboarding procedures.

• Handle general office administration tasks.

• Maintain documents, reports, and records.

• Support daily office operations and administrative requirements.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an Admin or HR role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Candidates must be based in the UAE.
