Description:
Marriott Hotel Production City is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant HR Manager – Talent & Culture to join its growing Human Resources team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an HR professional with a strong hospitality background who is passionate about attracting top talent and creating an engaging workplace culture.
The successful candidate will support recruitment, employee engagement, talent development, and various HR initiatives while working closely with department leaders. If you have excellent communication skills and experience in a luxury hotel environment, this is a great opportunity to advance your HR career.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support hospitality recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Coordinate employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Assist with talent development and learning programs.
• Work closely with department managers to meet staffing requirements.
• Help implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Maintain positive employee relations and support workplace culture.
• Contribute to various HR projects and organizational initiatives.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably within a 5-star hotel environment.
• Strong experience in hospitality recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Experience in employee engagement, retention, talent development, and HR initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
