Description:

A reputable organization is looking for an experienced Payroll & HR Executive to join its team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll operations for a large workforce while ensuring salary processing is completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with UAE labor regulations.

In addition to payroll responsibilities, the role includes handling HR administration, employee records, attendance management, and workforce documentation. Candidates with experience supporting blue-collar employees and strong communication skills in Hindi will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process end-to-end monthly payroll for approximately 3,000+ employees with accuracy and timeliness.

• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance, and leave management systems.

• Coordinate payroll, visa, labor card, and Emirates ID documentation while ensuring compliance with UAE Labor Law.

• Prepare payroll reconciliations and HR reports while maintaining confidentiality of employee information.

• Respond to payroll and HR-related queries from employees in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar Payroll and HR role within the applying country.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

• Experience managing payroll for a large workforce, including blue-collar or site-based employees.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with a Hindi-speaking workforce.

• Strong knowledge of:

• MS Excel and payroll reporting.

• UAE Labor Law and payroll compliance.

• HR documentation, attendance, leave management, and employee record keeping
