Description:

Imtiaz Developments is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support its HR operations and employee services in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR administration, employee relations, and UAE labour practices.

The successful candidate will manage daily HR activities, support recruitment processes, maintain employee records, and ensure smooth coordination of HR functions. Candidates with experience in real estate, property development, construction, engineering, or related industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily HR operations and employee services.

• Handle employee documentation and personnel administration.

• Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

• Prepare HR reports, trackers, and presentations.

• Coordinate employee lifecycle activities.

• Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.

• Coordinate HR-related matters with internal departments.

Requirements:

• Male candidates only.

• Candidates must be currently residing in the UAE.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of UAE HR / HR Administration experience.

• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices.

• Proficiency in Oracle and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

• Experience with HRIS/ERP systems is preferred.

• CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent HR certification is an advantage.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
