OneRoad Automotive is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join its team in Al Quoz, Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for HR professionals with practical experience in supporting daily HR operations and delivering a smooth employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of UAE HR practices and hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, employee administration, and HR documentation. Immediate joiners who meet the required experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment activities, including candidate coordination and onboarding.

• Support employee lifecycle processes from joining to separation.

• Provide payroll support and maintain accurate HR records.

• Handle HR administration, documentation, and employee files.

• Ensure HR processes comply with UAE labor practices and company policies.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.

• Good knowledge of UAE HR practices and procedures.
