Description:

Innovations Global is looking for an experienced HR & Admin Coordinator to support HR operations, DMCC compliance requirements, employee services, and office administration activities in Dubai. This role is suitable for professionals with strong UAE HR experience and hands-on knowledge of DMCC Free Zone processes.

The successful candidate will manage employee documentation, coordinate visa and licence renewals, support HR functions, and ensure smooth daily administrative operations. Candidates must have practical DMCC experience along with a good understanding of UAE Labour Law and workplace procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage DMCC portal activities, company documentation, licence renewals, and visa-related processes.

• Support employee onboarding, leave management, attendance tracking, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.

• Coordinate office facilities, suppliers, travel arrangements, vehicle-related matters, and administrative operations.

• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.

• Assist with daily HR and administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with DMCC Free Zone processes is mandatory.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and administration.

• Strong knowledge of:

• UAE Labour Law and visa processes.

• HR documentation, employee services, and administrative procedures.

• Microsoft Office applications and reporting.

• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple administrative priorities effectively.
