Everglory is seeking a skilled HR & Administration Officer to join its Ready-Mix Concrete Plant in Jebel Ali, Dubai. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional with a background in the ready-mix concrete or concrete plant industry who can efficiently manage both human resources and administrative operations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, visa processing, and overall HR administration while ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations.

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.

• Coordinate attendance, leave management, payroll, and employee relations.

• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.

• Coordinate visa processing, immigration, accommodation, and transportation.

• Manage front desk operations and visitor coordination.

• Support workforce planning, employee training, and HR reporting.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of HR & Administration experience.

• Mandatory experience in a Ready-Mix Concrete or Concrete Plant environment.

• Fluent in both Hindi and English.

• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Candidates must be based in the UAE and available to join in September 2026.

• Strong knowledge of:
