Description:

Oasis Metal Manufacturing is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Admin Assistant to support its human resources operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in UAE/GCC HR practices, employee documentation, visa processing, and administrative support within a professional work environment.

The successful candidate will manage employee records, coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes, support visa and insurance administration, and assist with various HR documentation activities. Candidates with experience in blue-collar recruitment and knowledge of UAE Labour Law will have an added advantage.

This role is suitable for an HR professional who is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple employee-related tasks while ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage blue-collar recruitment activities and employee onboarding documentation.

• Coordinate visa applications, renewals, and cancellations with PRO teams.

• Maintain employee visa records and update HR master trackers.

• Handle medical insurance administration, including employee additions and deletions.

• Prepare offer letters, salary certificates, and final settlement documents.

• Verify insurance invoices and credit notes for accuracy.

• Maintain accurate HR records and employee documentation.

• Provide general HR administrative support and assist with daily HR operations.

• Support employee relations and labour-related processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience in UAE/GCC.

• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa processing procedures.

• Experience in employee relations and labour relations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Working knowledge of ERP or HR management systems.

• Experience in blue-collar recruitment is an advantage.

• Hindi language skills are preferred.

• Strong knowledge of:

 • UAE visa processes and HR documentation.

 • Employee records management and HR administration.

 • UAE Labour Law and compliance procedures.
