Analytix is seeking a motivated and organized HR cum Admin Executive to join its team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for HR professionals with UAE experience who are passionate about recruitment, HR operations, and administrative support in a fast-paced work environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment activities, supporting HR operations, and assisting with office administration. Candidates with a valid UAE Spouse Visa and the ability to join immediately will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment activities.

• Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees.

• Handle attendance, leave management, and day-to-day HR operations.

• Support administrative coordination and office administration tasks.

• Utilize UAE hiring portals to identify and recruit suitable candidates.

• Maintain HR records and ensure smooth administrative operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in HR and Recruitment.

• Strong experience in sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment.

• Familiarity with UAE hiring portals is mandatory.

• Experience in onboarding, attendance management, leave management, and HR operations.

• Exposure to administrative coordination and office administration activities.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

• Valid UAE Spouse Visa is an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of:
