Description:

NAFFCO is looking for an organized and responsible Administrator to join its team in Abu Dhabi. The role requires a professional with practical UAE administrative experience and strong knowledge of government-related documentation and access procedures.

The successful candidate will handle document control, gate passes, access permits, trade license documentation, and coordination with relevant departments and government authorities. Strong follow-up, communication, and organizational abilities are important for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage administrative activities and maintain accurate documentation.

• Process and coordinate gate passes and access permits.

• Handle trade license documentation, renewals, and related records.

• Coordinate CICPA-related requirements and procedures.

• Liaise with relevant departments and government entities.

• Maintain proper document control and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Track administrative requests and ensure required documents are completed.

• Prepare and organize correspondence and official documentation.

• Support day-to-day administrative operations as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an administrative role in the UAE.

• Practical experience handling gate passes and access permits.

• Strong knowledge of trade license documentation and renewals.

• Good understanding of CICPA requirements and procedures.

• Ability to coordinate with government entities and relevant departments.

• Strong document control and follow-up skills.

• Good communication and organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Arab nationality is preferred/required.
