Description:

Novel Hotel City Center in Abu Dhabi is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Housekeeping Attendant to join its hospitality team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with previous UAE hotel housekeeping experience who are passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness and delivering excellent guest service.

The selected candidate will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public areas, ensuring hygiene standards are consistently maintained, and supporting the housekeeping department in providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for hotel guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and assigned areas in accordance with hotel standards.

• Complete daily housekeeping duties efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

• Ensure guest rooms, corridors, and public areas remain clean, organized, and hygienic.

• Report maintenance concerns, damages, and lost & found items to the appropriate supervisor.

• Follow hotel housekeeping procedures, safety regulations, and cleanliness standards at all times.

• Replenish guest amenities and housekeeping supplies as required.

• Respond professionally to guest requests and assist in delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Previous UAE hotel experience in housekeeping is required.

• Good knowledge of hotel cleaning procedures and housekeeping standards.

• Ability to maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Positive attitude with a hardworking and guest-focused approach.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Strong knowledge of:

• Hotel housekeeping procedures

• Cleaning techniques and hygiene standards

• Safe use of housekeeping equipment and supplies
