An established EPC company is seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to support its operations on a 6-month contract based in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a professional and fast-paced environment while providing essential administrative support.

The successful candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, be confident using Microsoft Office applications, and be ready to contribute immediately. Applicants currently residing in the UAE with immediate availability will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team.

• Prepare, organize, and maintain business documents and records.
