IFM Facilities Management is looking for a skilled Administrator to join its Facade Cleaning Department in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for an organized professional who can efficiently manage administrative tasks while supporting daily departmental operations in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative activities, maintaining records, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication within the department. Applicants with previous experience in the facade cleaning or facilities management industry will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Facade Cleaning Department.

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and department documentation.

• Prepare and update spreadsheets and operational reports.
