Digital & Comms Manager

We're looking for a driven Digital & Comms Manager to lead the school's marketing strategy and generate enrolment enquiries from day one.
What you'll own:
- Performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) to generate qualified enquiries at the target cost per lead.
- SEO (on-page, local SEO, and Google Business Profile).
- Managing partnerships with education portals (Edarabia, WhichSchoolAdvisor) and regional media (Khaleej Times, Gulf News).
- Social media strategy, content planning, creative briefs, and community management.
- Storyboarding and shot lists for launch videos featuring leadership, learners, campus life, and more.
- PR and influencer partnerships targeting parents and family audiences.
- Planning and promoting open houses, campus tours, and launch events to drive enquiries.
- Managing website content and coordinating updates with IT and web vendors.
- Overseeing the marketing budget and managing external agencies and vendors.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in performance marketing and lead generation, ideally in education or a similar sector.
- Strong SEO knowledge.
- Excellent written English, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Someone who can develop strategy and execute it effectively.
- Experience managing budgets and external agencies/vendors.
- UAE education market experience is a strong advantage.
