Digital Marketing Assistant

MAPYR is expanding its E-Commerce team and is looking for a motivated and data-driven Digital Marketing Assistant to support its growing digital marketing operations. This full-time opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in performance marketing who are passionate about driving customer acquisition and improving online sales.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing full-funnel paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms while optimizing campaign performance through data analysis, reporting, and continuous testing. The role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and innovation-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and TikTok platforms.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.
• Develop keyword strategies, optimize product feeds, and manage campaign budgets.
• Monitor campaign performance using key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, and CPM.
• Build performance reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with creative teams on high-performing ad creatives and user-generated content (UGC).
• Support conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives through continuous testing and analysis.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and campaign measurement across platforms.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in D2C or E-Commerce performance marketing.
• Proven experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Merchant Center, Shopify, and advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong understanding of D2C marketing funnels, attribution models, creative testing, and pixel implementation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads platforms
• GA4, GTM, Google Merchant Center, and Shopify
• Performance marketing metrics, attribution models, and conversion tracking
