Digital Transformation Manager (ERP & E-Commerce/AI Focus)

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Digital Leadership
Develop and lead the company-wide digital transformation strategy.
Ensure all digital initiatives align with business, operational, and growth objectives.
Team Leadership & Management
Manage and mentor the existing E-commerce and IT team , ensuring high performance and coordinated execution.
Guide team structure, responsibilities, and development.
ERP Management & Optimization (NetSuite or similar)
Oversee ERP optimization, integrations, configuration improvements, and automation of business workflows.
Manage relationships with ERP consultants and implementation partners.
E-Commerce & Omnichannel Digital Evolution
Oversee the performance and continuous improvement of the company’s e-commerce platform (Magento/Shopify).
Enhance customer experience, online merchandising, platform speed, and conversion.
Coordinate with external developers and digital agencies on platform improvements.
AI-Driven Optimization & Data Intelligence
Lead the adoption of AI tools for forecasting, analytics, automation, and customer engagement.
Build dashboarding and analytical frameworks to support leadership decision-making.
Project & Vendor Management
Lead digital transformation projects from planning to implementation.
Manage technical vendors, ERP partners, e-commerce agencies, and system integrators.
Ensure documentation, system governance, and continuity.
Process Improvement & Change Management
Analyze workflows and identify digital gaps and automation opportunities.
Drive structured change management to ensure smooth adoption across departments.
Train teams on new digital tools and operational processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, Logistics, Warehousing, and E-commerce departments.
Align digital initiatives with multi-country business expansion (UAE & KSA).
Requirements
Experience
5–7 years of experience in digital transformation, ERP management, e-commerce operations, or technology-driven business change.
Strong functional understanding of ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Odoo, or similar).
Proven experience managing IT and/or e-commerce teams.
Familiarity with AI tools and data analytics relevant to operations and retail.
Experience managing vendors, system enhancements, and digital projects.
Skills
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
Excellent project management and analytical skills.
Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and influence decision-makers.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
