Digital Marketing Generalist

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Generalist to plan, execute, and optimize our marketing across social, email, search, and web using AI tools to move fast and punch above our size.
What you'll own:
- Planning and running digital campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and basic SEM
- Creating and publishing content — writing for web/social, basic graphic design, and managing our website via CMS/AI-assisted tools.
- Managing company (and potentially client) social media accounts end-to-end
- Tracking performance metrics, pulling insights from analytics tools, and preparing reports to guide optimization
- Supporting lead generation and customer engagement through marketing automation, CRM tools, and funnel management
- Coordinating with internal teams to keep initiatives aligned with business goals and brand consistency
- Staying on top of digital trends and AI tools to recommend new opportunities
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Strong grounding in core digital marketing social media, email marketing, SEO, and basic SEM
- Experience with content creation and CMS platforms; comfortable writing for web/social and doing basic design
- Able to work with analytics tools to interpret data and turn it into actionable recommendations
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM tools, and lead generation funnels
- Strong communicator who can coordinate across teams and juggle multiple deadlines
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive about improving processes
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience
- Prior digital marketing experience, ideally in agency, consulting, or professional services GCC/UAE experience a plus
- Comfortable in an on-site, client-facing role in Dubai's dynamic, multicultural business environment
