Digi International is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support digital marketing programs focused on lead generation, campaign execution, and pipeline growth. The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing and sales operations teams to help create effective campaigns and develop AI-assisted marketing workflows.

This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM integrations, digital campaigns, social media management, and marketing analytics while contributing to modern AI-driven marketing initiatives.

The successful candidate will combine creativity with data-driven insights to improve campaign performance, support customer engagement, and help strengthen Digi International’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns using platforms such as HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.

• Assist with email campaigns, landing pages, and lead nurturing workflows.

• Support webinars, promotional campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives.

• Help generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through demand generation programs.

• Assist with lead segmentation, campaign tracking, and CRM integration.

• Maintain lead nurture programs to guide prospects through the marketing funnel.

• Use AI tools to support campaign development, content creation, and marketing analysis.

• Help create repeatable AI-assisted workflows to improve marketing efficiency.

• Manage and support corporate social media activities across LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.

• Draft, schedule, and monitor social media content performance.

• Maintain campaign data and support marketing dashboards and reporting.

• Identify opportunities to improve campaign engagement and performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media platforms.

• Strong written communication and organizational skills.

• Interest in marketing technology platforms and AI-powered marketing tools.

• Ability to combine creative marketing ideas with data analysis.
