The company is seeking a Senior eCommerce Specialist to lead website optimization, experimentation, analytics, and conversion improvement initiatives. This role requires a combination of data analysis, UX understanding, technical knowledge, and testing expertise to improve customer experiences and drive measurable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a comprehensive experimentation program across landing pages, product pages, cart, checkout, and post-purchase journeys.

• Develop A/B and multivariate testing strategies, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations.

• Maintain a prioritized CRO roadmap aligned with business objectives and revenue goals.

• Manage funnel analytics, performance dashboards, and reporting processes.

• Use GA4, GTM, heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics tools to identify improvement opportunities.

• Measure test performance through statistical analysis, ROI modeling, and revenue impact evaluation.

• Partner with UX, design, product marketing, acquisition, and development teams to implement website improvements.

• Ensure website updates follow usability, accessibility, and mobile-first performance standards.

• Conduct quality assurance testing across different devices and browsers.

• Present insights, test results, and strategic recommendations to leadership teams.

• Promote a test-and-learn culture across the organization.

Requirements:

• 5–7+ years of experience in CRO, eCommerce optimization, web analytics, or growth-focused digital roles.

• Hands-on experience with A/B and multivariate testing platforms such as Optimizely, Adobe Target, or VWO.

• Advanced knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), attribution, heatmaps, and behavioral analytics tools.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret funnel data and measure business impact.

• Minimum 2 years of Shopify experience.

• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, visual hierarchy, and customer behavior.

• Ability to work independently with strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and present insights to leadership.
