Description:

Zocdoc is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to support healthcare provider partners and deliver exceptional customer service experiences through calls, emails, and chat. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, providing solutions, improving platform adoption, and helping providers maximize the value of Zocdoc’s healthcare marketplace.

The ideal candidate is a positive, empathetic, and solution-focused professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will support providers, resolve issues efficiently, maintain accurate records, and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality customer service support to healthcare provider partners through phone calls, emails, and chat.

• Assist customers with platform usage, provide tailored solutions, and promote relevant features.

• Identify opportunities to improve provider experiences and streamline customer interactions.

• Act as a representative of Zocdoc by delivering professional and helpful communication.

• Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining a positive customer experience.

• Develop strong knowledge of Zocdoc’s platform and services to support customer engagement.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities.

• Build strong relationships with healthcare providers and support their ongoing success.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or technology-related industries.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions effectively.

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting customer success.

• Strong knowledge of:
