Description:
Third Party CS is seeking motivated individuals for a fully remote Benefits Specialist position. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping people, solving problems, and building strong relationships while supporting union members with their benefit-related needs.
The selected candidate will assist members in understanding available benefits, support enrollment and claims processes, maintain accurate records, and provide excellent customer service. Training, mentorship, and career development opportunities are available for both experienced professionals and those starting a new career path.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist union members with benefit-related questions and concerns.
• Educate members about available coverage options and benefit programs.
• Support enrollment activities and claims processing.
• Build positive relationships with members and their families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and member records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve member issues.
• Provide timely follow-up and high-quality customer support.
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and organized.
• Comfortable communicating with people through phone calls and Zoom meetings.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.
• Customer service experience is helpful but not required.
