Description:

Jerry.ai is looking for a Community Specialist to build authentic relationships with current and future users across online communities. The company is transforming the car ownership experience by creating an AI-powered platform that helps customers manage insurance, repairs, and other vehicle-related needs.

The successful candidate will represent Jerry across platforms such as Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok by creating valuable conversations, building trust, and developing scalable community strategies. This role requires someone who understands online culture, communicates naturally, and can turn complex or stressful topics into engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and grow Jerry’s organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, TikTok, and other community platforms

• Develop community strategies for when to post, respond, engage, or remain silent

• Grow Jerry’s online communities into trusted and active user spaces

• Create content and engagement strategies that maintain authenticity while scaling

• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels

• Monitor and measure community performance including sentiment, brand visibility, referral traffic, and content impact

• Use AI tools where appropriate to improve community engagement and content workflows

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in community management, organic social media, or similar roles

• Experience in fintech, insurtech, automotive, or other consumer-focused industries is preferred

• Strong understanding of Reddit, TikTok, Quora, YouTube, and online community culture

• Ability to write authentic content that connects with users and encourages engagement

• Strategic mindset with the ability to build repeatable community systems

• Understanding of SEO principles and how content is discovered by AI search systems

• Strong curiosity, patience, and ability to build long-term organic trust

• Strong knowledge of:
