Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue delivery receipts;
  • Helping prepare for meetings;
  • Prepare purchasing order to suppliers;
  • Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives;
  • Prepare statement of accounts;
  • Record and monitor company expenses;
  • Greet and assist visitors;
  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party;
  • Maintain physical and digital employee records;
  • Maintain contact lists;
  • Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts;
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes;
  • Organize and schedule appointments;
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers;
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

Requirements:

  • Has analytical skills;
  • Conduct an orientation of the newly hired employees;
  • Relevant experience and understanding office procedures and processes are advantage;
  • Candidates must possess at least a College Degree;
