Our company is looking for a Admin Staff to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct telephone calls;
  • Communicate with customers/ suppliers;
  • Manage staff appointments;
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
  • Oversee and supervise the work of junior staff;
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports;
  • Generating reports;
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc;
  • Greet and assist visitors to the office;
  • Research and creates presentations;
  • Coordinate office procedures;
  • Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records;
  • Prepares incoming and outgoing inventories;
  • Submits proposal for budgeting;
  • Prepares reports, proposals, internal and external memos, letters and other written communications as required by the Manager.

Requirements:

  • Computer Literacy / Basic Computer Skills;
  • Must be computer literate – proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & MS Outlook;
  • Effective office and records management skills;
  • Receptive to training and coaching;
  • Preferably graduate from a top university or exclusive schools with high academic records/CGPA;
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
  • Interpersonal skills;
  • Flexible and can adopt constant demands;
  • Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point);
  • Atleast 1 year year experience specializing Clerical/Administratuive Support or equivalent;
  • Has interest in design and creativity;
  • Has initiative and can work independently with less supervision;
  • Business Analysis;
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills.
