HR Intern (Unpaid)

We are looking for a motivated and organised HR Intern to join our team in Dubai. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience across a busy HR function and develop practical knowledge of HR operations within a fast-paced media environment.

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the Operations Team and support a variety of day-to-day HR activities, including:

• Supporting the team with freelancer, intern and temporary staff requests .

• Coordinating and following up on HR and operational requirements relating to freelancers, interns and temporary employees.

• Assisting with the administration and coordination of HR processes.

• Supporting with HR documentation, records and general administrative tasks.

• Taking responsibility for tasks assigned by the HR/Operations team and ensuring they are completed accurately and on time.

• Taking over specific HR or administrative tasks from the team where required and managing them through to completion.

• Providing general support to the wider HR and Operations team as needed.

• Supporting the team with additional HR and operational tasks as required , depending on the team's priorities and workload.

What We’re Looking For

• A current student, recent graduate, or someone looking to gain practical experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field .

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Proactive, reliable and willing to learn.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Comfortable working independently while also being part of a team.

• Previous HR or administrative experience is an advantage but not essential .

• This is an unpaid internship opportunity .

• Candidates must have their own valid UAE visa for the duration of the internship.

• The successful candidate will be required to work from our Dubai office .

• This internship is designed to provide practical, hands-on exposure to HR operations and administration.
