The role

qlub is scaling fast across markets worldwide, and we look for people who take real ownership of their work. As our next Product Intern, you'll work alongside Product, Design, and Engineering on two fronts: building fast with AI-assisted tools, and staying close to our customers and competitors. You'll ship prototypes, pages, and internal tools using AI, no-code, and low-code platforms, and back that up with structured discovery: customer calls, interviews, benchmarking, and data. What you’ll own

• Website build — help build and iterate on a new qlub website using AI-assisted development tools, working closely with Product, Design, and Engineering

• AI tooling — research and evaluate AI tools and technologies that help us prototype and launch product experiences faster

• Rapid prototyping — create prototypes, landing pages, internal tools, and proof-of-concepts using AI, no-code, and low-code tools where appropriate

• Competitor analysis — run regular competitor analysis across restaurant discovery, payments, loyalty, offers, subscriptions, and hospitality technology, and keep feature comparisons current

• Customer feedback — call and speak with qlub customers to collect product feedback and understand pain points, and support interviews, surveys, and usability testing

•Product discovery — assist Product Managers with discovery, requirements gathering, market research, and feature benchmarking

• Insights — analyse product metrics and customer behaviour, and turn research and feedback into documented insights and recommendations for the Product team

W ho you are

• You are curious and proactive: you can take a problem, explore it independently, and come back with recommendations

• You are technically comfortable and genuinely interested in AI, software products, and digital experiences

• You are happy to pick up the phone and run a structured customer interview

• You take real ownership and think like an operator, not a coordinator

• You are energized by hard problems in payments, hospitality, and customer experience

W hat you’ll need

• Student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Strong research and analytical skills, with clear written and verbal communication

• Fluency in English is a must

• Comfort speaking directly with customers and running structured conversations

N ice to have

• Hands-on experimentation with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Lovable, Replit, Framer, Webflow, or similar AI development and prototyping platforms

• Exposure to payments, fintech, hospitality tech, or a high-growth marketplace

• Local market knowledge or a second language relevant to the market
