The Executive / Senior Executive – HR will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, recruitment coordination, employee engagement, HR documentation, attendance, payroll inputs, and compliance. The role will work closely with employees and business teams to ensure smooth and effective HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
• Handle the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, confirmations, promotions, and exits.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, selection, and joining formalities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave, and employee-related HR data.
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and ensure timely submission of attendance, incentives, deductions, and other payroll-related information.
• Support statutory compliance activities related to PF, ESI, gratuity, professional tax, labour laws, and other applicable regulations.
• Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, HR events, and internal communication.
• Assist in performance management processes, appraisals, and confirmation reviews.
• Address employee grievances and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, dashboards, and management presentations as required.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and workforce planning.
• Support training and development activities based on organizational requirements.
• Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
• Assist the HR Manager/HR Head in various HR projects and initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR operations/generalist HR.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
• Working knowledge of applicable labour and statutory compliance requirements.
