As a Marketing Executive , you’re not just supporting department initiatives and office management – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Position Purpose

To provide marketing, communications, and administrative support through the execution of marketing, PR, digital, and promotional activities that enhance brand awareness, support revenue generation, and deliver exceptional guest engagement in line with Hilton brand standards and owner expectations.

Duties & Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the hotel's marketing, communications, PR, and promotional activities.

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns for all business segments, including Rooms, Meetings & Events, and Food & Beverage outlets.

• Monitor online reputation channels and respond to guest reviews in accordance with Hilton brand standards, ensuring timely engagement and sharing guest feedback trends with relevant teams.

• Coordinate marketing projects, ensuring activities are delivered on time and in line with brand standards and approved budgets.

• Manage the hotel's social media content calendar and execute social media activities to enhance brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue opportunities.

• Create, coordinate, and publish content across digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, website updates, email campaigns, and internal communications.

• Liaise with photographers, influencers, media partners, agencies, and suppliers to support marketing initiatives and PR activities.

• Assist in the creation of promotional materials, marketing collateral, presentations, and advertising content.

• Support public relations activities, media visits, partnerships, and hotel events to maximize exposure for the property.

• Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports, highlighting key achievements, insights, and recommendations.

• Maintain the hotel's digital presence, ensuring content remains accurate, engaging, and aligned with Hilton brand guidelines.

• Work closely with operational departments to identify and promote hotel experiences, offers, and services.

• Ensure all marketing activities comply with Hilton brand standards and corporate guidelines.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 0-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, hospitality, or a related field.

• Strong interest in marketing, social media, digital communications, and the hospitality industry.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Customer-focused, proactive, and eager to learn.

• Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing concepts.

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM, or email marketing platforms is beneficial.

• Knowledge of Hilton brand standards and systems, including marKit, Hilton Content Gateway (HCG), OnQ PiM, and other commercial or marketing platforms, is advantageous.
