Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with a strong background in retail fashion and e-commerce to drive customer acquisition, online sales, and digital revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns, preferably gained through a combination of retail/e-commerce and digital marketing agency environments . You should be highly data-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable managing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant digital platforms.
• Manage campaigns focused on e-commerce sales, customer acquisition, ROAS, conversions, and revenue growth .
• Develop and implement paid media strategies aligned with business and seasonal retail objectives.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads , including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and remarketing campaigns.
• Manage Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram, including prospecting, retargeting, catalog, and conversion campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize budgets, audiences, creatives, keywords, placements, and bidding strategies .
• Work closely with creative, merchandising, e-commerce, and brand teams to develop high-performing campaign assets.
• Monitor the customer journey from ad click to website visit, product view, add-to-cart, checkout, and purchase .
• Use analytics and reporting tools to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and reducing customer acquisition costs.
• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages, offers, and campaign strategies.
• Track key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, revenue, and AOV .
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.
• Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions, sales events, and new collection launches .
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, consumer behaviour, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
• Ensure accurate tracking and measurement through GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel/Conversions API, and other relevant tools .
• Work with e-commerce teams to improve website conversion performance and identify areas of drop-off.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or paid media.
• Previous experience in the retail fashion, fashion e-commerce, lifestyle, or consumer retail sector is highly preferred .
• Previous experience working with a digital marketing agency is required/preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and digital retail environments .
• Proven experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads ; TikTok Ads experience is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce performance metrics, conversion funnels, attribution, and ROAS optimization .
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager/Ads Manager , and reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
• Good understanding of fashion retail customer behaviour, promotions, product launches, and seasonal sales cycles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, commercially focused approach with a strong test-and-learn mindset .
