HOMZOH REAL ESTATE LLC OPC is seeking a talented and performance-focused Marketing Specialist to become part of its expanding marketing team in Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns.

• Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• Create lead generation campaigns for property sales, leasing, and off-plan projects.

• Oversee website, WhatsApp, lead form, remarketing, and conversion campaigns.

• Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, competitor research, and market analysis.

• Monitor advertising budgets while optimizing cost per lead and campaign performance.

• Analyze key performance metrics including CPL, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and lead quality.

• Perform A/B testing on audiences, ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.

• Implement and maintain conversion tracking, analytics tools, pixels, and campaign attribution.

• Collaborate with the Creative and Social Media team to produce high-performing advertisements.

• Track and evaluate leads through the CRM while coordinating with the Sales Team regarding lead quality.

• Identify underperforming campaigns and scale those delivering strong results.

• Prepare detailed advertising performance reports for management.

Requirements:

• 2–3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.

• Previous experience within the UAE real estate industry is highly preferred.

• Hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

• Experience using CRM platforms and lead tracking systems.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data.

• Ability to manage advertising budgets effectively and deliver measurable ROI.

• Creative thinking with a strong understanding of conversion-focused advertising.

• Results-driven with a focus on generating qualified leads.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
